Three decades later (and with several product lines in the mix), Equal Exchange still face vast challenges. Consumers have been overloaded with labels and certifications, while the Fair Trade movement has been watered down in favor of corporate interests. So, we are organizing a community of engaged citizen-consumers through the Equal Exchange Action Forum to join us in discussing the Equal Exchange model and investing energy in working with us and our farmer partners collaboratively. We are inviting you into our co-op as we learn how to change the system, together.
